Technical support for ShopKeeper Software™ is free to registered users for the first 90 days. After the first 90 days of free technical support you will automatically be sent a notification. After the first 90 days, you can purchase support in three ways: per incident technical support, three incident technical support or a yearly technical support contract. Annual support contracts include software updates. So purchasing an annual support contract insures that you always have the latest version of the software.
An incident is defined as a question relating to a specific, discrete issue that can be answered by isolating its origin to a single cause. While our goal is to resolve incidents on the first call, we will continue to work with each issue through resolution. Some incidents may require more than one phone call to reach resolution.
